Shipping and Delivery

At Bobbin and Bumble, we strive to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that dispatch times are separate from delivery times. Below, you'll find detailed information about dispatch and shipping for each type of product.

We currently ship to Mainland UK only.

Dispatch Times

Changing Mats:

• We hold stock of all Anti-Roll Wedge Changing Mats, Deluxe Baby Changing Mats and Travel Baby Changing Mats.
• Dispatch time: 1-3 business days.
• Shipping: Delivered via Yodel on a 2-4 day tracked courier.

Made-to-Order Items:

• Aldi Changing Basket Liners and Custom Orders are made to order and dispatched directly from our manufacturer.
• Dispatch time: 2-3 weeks.
• Please note: Orders are sent to the manufacturer at 12 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. The dispatch period begins once the manufacturer has received your order.

Blankets:

• Our blankets are printed offsite and made to order.
• Dispatch time: 1-2 weeks.

All Other Items:

• If a product is marked as in stock, we hold it and will dispatch within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping: Delivered by Royal Mail or Yodel depending on the size/weight of parcel

Delivery Information

• Delivery times are additional to the dispatch times listed above.
• We use Yodel as our courier for most deliveries. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 days.
• Please note: For made-to-order items, we cannot expedite the process or offer faster delivery.

Important Notes:

• Order Updates: You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. A separate dispatch notification email will be sent once your item is shipped with your tracking information. If there are any delays or updates, we will notify you promptly.
• Multiple Items: If your order includes multiple items, they may be dispatched separately depending on stock availability or if they are made to order.
